2014年12月9日、中国当局は19年間拘束をつづけた南モンゴルの人権闘士ハダ氏を解放いたしました。
この件につきまして、あらためて支援の声明を発表いたします。
ハダ（HADA）氏は南モンゴルの人権問題を訴え続けたリーダーであり、当局から19年間もの間投獄されていた人物です。
過去にハダ氏や妻のシナー女史が表明しております通り、全世界のモンゴル人および各民族からの支援によってハダ氏の家族は大いに活動のための精神的・経済的支援を感じ、感謝の表明を示しております。
中国当局は「国家分裂罪」で19年間刑務所に入れられた南モンゴルの知識人ハダ氏を、2014年12月9日に釈放し、家族三人がようやく一緒になる事が出来ました（中国当局は15年間の刑を言い渡したにも拘わらず、刑期が終わる2010年には釈放せず、4年間の不法な“追加刑期”の後、ようやく2014年12月9日に釈放しました）。過酷な獄中の状況、当局の度重なる虐待行為によって５９才のハダ氏は心身とともに重大なダメージを受け、現在は多大な健康不安も生じております。
さらに当局は妻のシナー女史には“不法経営”（シナー女史は書店を経営していました）を行ったとして懲役3年執行猶予5年、息子のウイレス君には“不法に麻薬をもっていた”として共に無実の罪に問いました。現在、妻のシナー女史は執行猶予5年の最中であり自由に動けず、息子のウイレス君は外出してアルバイトをすることさえ禁じられています。つまり現在、家族３人が一切収入のない状況の中で苦しんでいるわけです。またさらに、家族三人への政治的な圧迫は消えていないのです。
日本在住の南モンゴル人の同胞たちは、全世界のモンゴル人及び各国、各民族に緊急の呼びかけをしたいと思います。
１、今回は政治的な問題はひとまずおき、人道的な立場からハダ氏とその家族に支援の温かい手をさしのばしてくださる事だけを呼びかけたいと思います。
２、海外で暮らしている皆様の生活ももちろん大変だろうと思いますので、皆さま負担になってはいけません。そのため、モンゴル人による支援金額の上限を１００元（１元＝１９．１８円）としたいと思います。
３、ハダ氏が病院でいろいろな治療をする上でも、そもそも当面の生活を維持する上でも、皆様にぜひ一回でもご支援のほど、お願い申し上げる次第です。
なお、中国内モンゴル自治区当局は今回のハダ氏に対する人道的な支援活動を妨げるならば、我々は、中国政府に「ハダ氏及び彼の家族に本当の基本的な人権を返して下さい」と呼びかけたい。
上記述べました通り、当局はハダ氏の家族が生活費を稼ぐための手段すら封じているのです。

A petition for donation
Prisoned for 19 years with the accusation of “splitting the country”,the South Mongolian intellectual Hada was finally released on 9 December,2014 and reunited with his families. However, years of prison has seriously damaged his health, both physically and psychologically and his families are on the verge of economic crisis. The Mongolian bookshop the families relied on has been shut up, with the huge storage being frozen.And Hada’s wife and son have been charged with framed accusations of “unlawful business operation” and “crime of illegally holding drugs” respectively and the cases are still unresolved. Xinna(Hada’s wife) is on probation period and never escapes any notice of the authorities, while Uiles(Hada’s son) was discharged deliberately for three times when he migrated out for work. The three members of his family are still stuck in the political quagmire.
Due to this, we Mongolian compatriots in Japan call for urgent help of all the Mongolias worldwide and those loving people.Firstly, disregard the politics and highlight the humanitarianism, complement the shortcomings of the government and give your hand to Hada and his families. Secondly, considering the situations of your family, the donation fund is limited to 100 yuan (RMB). Thirdly, in order to restore Hada’s health as soon as possible and get his families out of economic plight, we hope you can take speedy action and provide timely help.
If you–South Mongolian authorities stand in the process of our donation, please show your sincere willing to give Hada and his families the basic human rights. We are really looking forward to it.
